Do you want to send or bring rice to IRRI? |
|
You are welcome to do so. However, just as with sending rice to you, we need to ensure that all relevant rules and regulations are followed. The set of documents needed for us to send rice to you are also needed for you to send or bring rice to us – even if you are just bringing the rice for your own research in IRRI, you still need the right documents and agreements. You must also make sure that you are authorized to bring or send the seed. It’s best if you use the Standard Material Transfer Agreement with you named as Provider and us as Recipient. If you don’t use it, we’ll have to arrange some other form of agreement so that it is clear to us what we can and cannot do with it, and that may take time. If you need help completing the SMTA, we can help you. |
